• To encourage a spirit of self help and support amongst patients to improve their health and social care.

The Patients' Forum meets every quarter and it is an ideal opportunity for our patients to discuss issues with staff and doctors.

We welcome new people to come along and the date of the next meeting is posted in the surgery. Please ask at reception for details. All patients are welcome to attend. Details of our meeting dates are updated regularly.
